Victoria State Government - “To enable contact tracing, operators must request that each person who attends provide their first name and a contact phone number. Operators must keep a record of those details and the date and time at which the person attended the venue, and the table number/dining room in which they were seated. This information must not be used for any other purpose. This information must be stored for at least 28 days and subsequently securely destroyed.” Thanks for your co-operation.
